Delivery Policy - Goods are sent out by our courier service and require a signature upon receipt of goods. Other methods are available on request and delivery dates will be confirmed with you prior to dispatch.
Cancellation Policy - Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the approval of the provided pdf proof. However once the proof has been signed off by you the client, the job will go through to production at which time cancellation may incur full or partial charges.
Return & Refund Policy - Should the goods arrive not to the clients satisfaction we will investigate this in full. We would ask for a selection of samples of the damaged or faulty good to be sent to us with details of the problem for us to establish what has happened. If the goods are faulty or damaged due to our error we will refund in full the order value or replace the goods. This is the clients decision. Should the goods arrive, branded incorrectly and the client has seen the artwork proof and approved it incorrectly, we will not be held responsible for this and the client will incur full costs for a replacement order. If they are branded incorrectly due to our error, we will replace the goods in full.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
